Ewephoria and White Cheddar

This Ewephoria cheese is probably one of my new favorite cheeses. Its a sheep gouda, and has a deliciously nutty flavor that reminds me a bit of Parrano. I bought this at the last Specs tasting and have been eating in in tiny chunks to make it last!

I also have an amazing organic white cheddar from Whole Foods that they have sampled the last few times I've been and it taunted me until I broke down and bought it. I really like the flavor of this cheese - its really sharp - but the texture is a little weird. Its really soft and a little gooey, which I've never experienced with a cheddar. Still, its delicious and less than half the price of the Ewephoria!
